- Coordinate with store teams for efficient merchandising
- Maintain organized stock flow within the receiving area
Stock Labelling and Pricing
- Ensure all stock is labelled correctly with SKU numbers
- Verify accuracy of printed SKUs and correct any errors
- Implement pricing changes according to company policy
Supplier Claims and Corrections
- Process supplier claims with proper supporting documentation
- Ensure claims are authorized by the Store Manager
- Handle corrections with accuracy and accountability
Security and Risk Management
- Ensure receiving areas are secure at all times
- Prevent unauthorized access to stock and documentation
- Monitor supplier activities and prevent loitering
Store Readiness and Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area
- Ensure damaged or excess stock is handled appropriately
- Follow all “Ready for Business” processes
